Kistamässan is owned by Artexis Nordic which is a part of Belgian Artexis Group. Artexis Nordic has two exhibition facilities in Sweden, Kistamässan and Malmömässan. Artexis also own easyFairs which is Scandinavia and Sweden's largest trade fair organizer of B2B trade shows.

The number of residents are expected to increase by 20 000-40 000 people and university students tripled. In Kista Science City there will then be 150 000 people living, 120 000 working and 15 000 studying.**
