It’s great to hear that you want to exhibit at one of our trade shows! To ensure your participation is a success everything must work well before, during and after the trade show. Our technical staff will take good care of you all the way. We work closely with the reputable Workman Event to build trade show content. Workman Event has been serving the exhibition and events industry since 1998. In addition to collaborating with Kistamässan, the company also works closely with our sister facility, Åbymässan. They also help arrange events for Melodifestivalen, among others.
Book early to save money!
Contact Workman Event well in advance of your event with us. The final date for booking is 10 days before your event. Please note that they charge an additional 30 percent for items and services if you order from them later than 10 working days before the moving-in date for the trade show. Get in touch early to save money! Changes or cancellations less than 10 working days before the opening date of the trade showwill incur the full price.
All stand services are invoiced after the trade show on payment terms of 10 days net.All prices stated in the catalogue are rental prices for the duration of the trade show and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Workman Event accepts no liability for printing errors and may adjust prices without prior notice.
Food & drink
Our restaurants are run by KM Restauranger, the restaurateurs behind NK restaurants. They are committed to using locally produced and organic ingredients, and their menus focus on Scandinavian dishes with influences from every corner of the world.
Whether you are planning an exclusive dinner or larger gathering for several thousand guests, we can realise your ideas together.
The permanent restaurant business is located next to hall 1 and can seat up to 320 diners, while our Bistro outside hall 2 has 150 seats. Inside the halls there is also a permanent restaurant that serves coffee and light meals. For larger catering events we use mobile kitchen and bar units that are configured as needed.
