Kistamässan is very conveniently located between Stockholm and Arlanda. You can get here easily by Metro, commuter train, car or bus. By train it takes 12 minutes from Stockholm Central and from Arlanda Airport it takes 20 minutes.
We have 900 hotel rooms within 5–10 minutes’ walking distance and a further 2,000 rooms in the local area. We offer personal service and are committed to meeting your needs. We are used to arranging many different types of events and can assist you with project management and development of your event, as well as providing full exhibitor services and high-quality food and drink packages.
The two halls have a total area of 9,000 square metres. The premises can be configured to create congress halls for up to 1,100 people. As an organiser you always have exclusive use of your part of the building and the space is configured for your needs. Visitors can move smoothly between meeting rooms, exhibition areas, restaurants and areas for mingling.
Each year we host trade shows, large corporate events, exhibitions, congresses, banquets, concerts, festivals, and world exhibitions in the flexible hall. The large gates provide easy access for almost anything, from cars to cows and bulls, tanks, buses and planes. The only limit on the type of event you can arrange here is your imagination.
Easyfairs operates 10 trade show facilities in Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden (Antwerp, Ghent, Mechelen-Brussels North, Namur, Gorinchem, Hardenberg, Venray, Gothenburg, Malmö and Stockholm).
